Born and raised in New York, Joseph attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and graduated a semester early in December of 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. After 9 months working in Madrid, Spain for an international sales & marketing firm, Joseph relocated to Miami Beach, Florida to pursue a career in real estate.

Licensed as a real estate salesperson in November, 2001, Joseph has over a decade of experience in the South Florida real estate market. He owned and operated a real estate and mortgage firm in Coral Gables for 4 years after obtaining his real estate broker license in 2005. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in every facet as a buyer’s agent, listing agent, mortgage broker, leasing agent, tenant’s agent, buyer and seller of his own investment properties.

A master negotiator, Joseph always has his client’s needs in mind with customer satisfaction being his primary concern. His philosophy is that to establish a lasting career in the very competitive real estate market that is South Florida, one must build strong relationships predicated on transparency, service, organization, networking and honesty.
